Baked Kale Chips | Healthy chips | Green chips|

Kale belongs to a group of cabbage.As kids do not each much of kale, i decided to bake as chips and good for evening snack too.

  • Prep time: 10mins
  • Cook time: 15mins

Ingredients:

  • Kale leaves – 2 cups
  • Salt as required
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp
  • Pepper – 1tsp
  • Parmesan chips – 3tbsp
  1. Preheat oven at 450 deg.
  2. Wash clean kale leaves and cut to small pieces.
  3. In bowl add the leaves, oil, pepper and salt .
  4. Mix them well with hands.
  5. Spread them evenly on baking tray.
  6. Add parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake them at 450 deg for 15 mins. Once they are crisp remove and serve them with ketchup or any sauce.
