Ingredients:
- Kale leaves – 2 cups
- Salt as required
- Olive oil – 1 tsp
- Pepper – 1tsp
- Parmesan chips – 3tbsp
- Preheat oven at 450 deg.
- Wash clean kale leaves and cut to small pieces.
- In bowl add the leaves, oil, pepper and salt .
- Mix them well with hands.
- Spread them evenly on baking tray.
- Add parmesan cheese.
- Bake them at 450 deg for 15 mins. Once they are crisp remove and serve them with ketchup or any sauce.
