Ingredients:
- Cauliflower – 1 cut into medium florets.
- Rice flour – 1 cup
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Ginger garlic and 1 green chilli paste – 1 tsp
- Water – to form
- Batter Oil – for deep frying.
- In a bowl add the cauliflower florets and pour hot water and add salt.Let it blanch for 5mins.
- In another bowl add rice flout, corn flour, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt & ginger garlic paste .
- Add water and make a thick batter.
- Dry out cauliflower from water and drop them to batter and coat them well.
- In a kadai add oil.
- Once oil is nicely hot start adding the batter coated cauliflower and fry them till crisp.
- Transfer to plate once done.
- Serve as a snack or with pulao.
