Ingi Thenga Pachadi | Ginger coconut Raita | Variety Raita Recipes | side dish for kuzhambu |

This is a variety of raita/pachadi which is a good combination for vathakuzhambu. In South India they say it as Pachadi.

  • Serves: 3 persons.

Ingredients:

  • To Grind:
  • Shredded coconut – 1 cup
  • Green chillies – 4
  • Ginger – 1 tbsp
  • Curd – 1 cup
  • Salt – as required.
  • Temper:
  • Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
  • Urad dal – 1/2 tsp
  1. Grind all the to grind ingredients to smooth paste.
  2. Now take them in a bowl and add 2 cups of curd and mix them well.
  3. Temper them and serve this pachadi/raita with any variety rice or vathakuzhambu.
