Ingredients:
- To grind: Coconut – 1 cup
- Green chilli – 4
- Roasted gram – 1/2 cup
- Tamarind – a small piece
- Salt to taste.
- To temper: Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
- Urad dhall- 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves few
- Dry Red chilly – 1
- Grind all the ingredients in To grind to fine paste.
- Then add some coconut oil to tadka pan and add the items in temper. Once done add to the chutney.
- Chutney is ready for any dosa or idli.
Note: You can add piece of garlic or small onion or tomato.
