Mango Pulp | Mango Season | Mango Desert | Recipes with Mango|

Mambazhama mambazham malgova mambazham..(thats a song for mango.) Omg is there someone who is against mangoes? When it is summer in India, it is Mango season. After moving to US missed mangoes very badly. I could not get the perfect tasty, sweet mangoes. But when i found one from indian stores, got them in bulk and make mango recipes. One such favorite is this Mango Pulp. Usually too much mangoes are increase heat in body. So i add some milk in this pulp while making.

Prep time: 10mins Serves: 3 persons.

  • Take 4 mangoes and peel the skin and cut to pieces.
  • In a blender add the mangoes, 1 cup milk and if needed sugar.
  • Grind to smooth paste.
  • Refrigerate for 30mins if you need it cold.
  • The less you add milk u can taste the pulp thick.
  • Enjoi the drink…

Note: You can add sugar if mangoes are not that tasty. Also you can make in bulk by skipping milk and freeze.
