Bhel Pori | Bhel Snack | easy snack recipe

- Serves – 4 persons
- In a bowl add 1 chopped onion, 1 tomato and 1 cucumber.
- Mix well and add salt and red chilli powder.
- Now add 3 cups of puffed rice or pori to it and mix well.
- Add 2 tbsp of lemon juice and give a quick stir.
- Top of with Sev or omapudi before serving.
- NOTE:
- You can also add boiled potatoes.
- Healthy tips: replace some sprouts too.
- Instead red chilly powder add finely chopped green chilly.
- Also for kids add some pepper powder.
