Ingredients:
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Onion – 1 cup
- Corn fresh or boiled – 2 cups
- Maida or all purpose flour- 2 tbsp
- Milk- 1.5 cup
- Spinach 3 cups chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper
- Bread slices
- In a pan add butter and onions.
- Cook till soft Add corn and mix well.
- Add maida flour and coat them well.
- Now add milk little by little and keep stirring on medium flame.
- The mixture will start to thicken.
- Add spinach and close and cook for 5mins.
- Add salt and pepper and mix well. Turn off once done.
- Take bread slices and apply the spinach corn mixture evenly on them.
- Add some shredded cheese.
- Close with another bread and apply butter generously on booth sides of bread.
- Toast the bread on grill or tawa till brown.
- Cut to half and serve with sauce.
