We are not a big fan for sandwich. But my kid prefers that everytime. Also best way to sneak veggies and spinach.

Ingredients:

  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Onion – 1 cup
  • Corn fresh or boiled – 2 cups
  • Maida or all purpose flour- 2 tbsp
  • Milk- 1.5 cup
  • Spinach 3 cups chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper
  • Bread slices
  1. In a pan add butter and onions.
  2. Cook till soft Add corn and mix well.
  3. Add maida flour and coat them well.
  4. Now add milk little by little and keep stirring on medium flame.
  5. The mixture will start to thicken.
  6. Add spinach and close and cook for 5mins.
  7. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Turn off once done.
  8. Take bread slices and apply the spinach corn mixture evenly on them.
  9. Add some shredded cheese.
  10. Close with another bread and apply butter generously on booth sides of bread.
  11. Toast the bread on grill or tawa till brown.
  12. Cut to half and serve with sauce.
