Ingredients:
- Dry red chillies 6 to 7
- Cumin – 1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds – 1tbsp
- Pepper – 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds -1 tsp
- Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
- Cloves – 3
Dry roast all the ingredients and transfer to blender.
- Before grinding add the following:
- Garlic – 2 pods
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Tamarind juice – 2 tbsp
- Water -2 tbsp
- Grind to smooth paste and set aside.
- Paneer – 12 cubes
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Onion – 1 finely chopped
- Curd – 2 tbsp Whisked
- Salt to taste
- Jaggery – pinch
- In a pan add 2 tbsp of ghee and add 12 panner cubes and fry them nice golden on all sides.
- Transfer to plate and set aside.
- In the same pan add Finely chopped onion 1 cup and fry them well.
- Add the grind paste and cook them well.
- Cook them for 4 mins Add 2 tbsp whisked curd.
- Cook them well 4 mins’
- Add salt and jaggery and cook until oil separates
- Add the panner cubes and few curry leaves.
- Mix well and serve them hot.
