Ingredients:
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Cumin -1 tsp
- Onion – 1 cup chopped
- Turmeric pinch
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin powder – 1/2 tbsp
- Garam masala -1.5tbsp
- Water – 1/4 cup + 1/4 cup
- Mixed veggies of your choice. ( carrot,peas, Boiled potatoes and shredded panner.)
- Salt as required
- Coriander leaves few
- Puff pastry sheet – 10(used store bought)
- In a pan add oil. Once hot add cumin seeds.
- Now add onions and cook until soft.
- Add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala. Mix well.
- Cook on low flame and do not burn.
- Add water and cook for 5mins.
- Add the mixed veggies, salt and mix well.
- Add water 1/4 cup.Cook for 5-6 mins. This helps the veggies to cook.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves. Turn off the flame.
- I used store bought puff pastry sheets. So take one sheet.
- Now roll it a little bit so that it can stretch little.
- Now add the veggies stuffing.
- Fold them into half and gently press the corners.
- Follow the same with rest.
- Place them in greased baking tray.
- Apply butter over the puffs.
- Preheat oven at 350 deg Fahrenheit.
- Bake them for 25mins.
- Serve them hot.
