- Serves: 8-10 rotis.
Ingredients:
- Maida – 2 cups
- Salt to taste
- Warm milk – 1 cup
- Oil – 1.5tsp
- In a bowl add maida, salt and oil mix them well.
- Add warm milk little by little and knead it to soft dough.
- Add some oil and knead once and close them with moist cloth.
- Rest it for 20 mins.
To make the Roti:
- Take a small ball dough and flatten it well.
- Dust them with maida flour Roll them thin.
- Try to pull the edges well using rolling pin.
- Take a kadai and heat it for a min.
- Now reverse the kadai upside down and heat it Sprinkle some water to the kadai.
- Roll the thin roti slowly on the kadai.
- Press gently with a towel when bubble starts to appear.
- Cook both the sides until brown spots appear.
- Fold it to a triangle shape and serve them with curry of your choice.
Note: You can replace half with maida and atta also. Always roll the roti really thin.
