Ingredients:
- To Grind:
- Shredded coconut – 1 cup
- Green chillies – 4
- Ginger – 1 tbsp
- Curd – 1 cup
- Salt – as required.
- Temper:
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- Urad dal – 1/2 tsp
- Grind all the to grind ingredients to smooth paste.
- Now take them in a bowl and add 2 cups of curd and mix them well.
- Temper them and serve this pachadi/raita with any variety rice or vathakuzhambu.
