Ingredients:
- Strawberries- 4 cup tightly packed
- Sugar – 3/4 cup
- Lemon Juice- 2 tbsp
- In a pan add chopped strawberries, sugar and keep stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Add Lemon juice and mix well. Boil them for 15mins
- When u see the frothy layer slowly remove them.
- Keep stirring the jam on medium flame.
- After 20mins the jam will start to thicken. Keep stirring.
- Once the color changes to dark, take a spoon and turn it to scoop a little jam. If the jam sticks to spoon it is all done.
- Turn off the flame and cool down
- Transfer to a jar and use clean spoon every-time.
- Refrigerate it.
