Bhel Pori | Bhel Snack | easy snack recipe

This is 10minute easy snack. Very simple with minimum ingredient.
  • Course: Snack
  • Cook time: 10mins
  • Prep time: 5mins
  • Serves – 4 persons
  • In a bowl add 1 chopped onion, 1 tomato and 1 cucumber.
  • Mix well and add salt and red chilli powder.
  • Now add 3 cups of puffed rice or pori to it and mix well.
  • Add 2 tbsp of lemon juice and give a quick stir.
  • Top of with Sev or omapudi before serving.
  • NOTE:
  • You can also add boiled potatoes.
  • Healthy tips: replace some sprouts too.
  • Instead red chilly powder add finely chopped green chilly.
  • Also for kids add some pepper powder.
