Ingredients:
- Apple- 8 grated nicely
- Sugar 2 cups
- Cashew – 10 to 12
- Ghee – 3tbsp
- Pinch of Cardamom powder.
- In a pan add ghee and roast cashews to golden.
- Take it out and set aside.
- In the same pan add grated apple and cook until juice is absorbed.
- As wee keep cooking on medium flame the apple color start changing.
- Add sugar and mix until dissolves completely.
- Cook for 20min on medium flame. and keep stirring.
- Once they start to thicken add cashews and stir them.
- Turn off the flame transfer to bowl.
- Notes:
- You can also add cinnamon a pinch if you like.
- If apples are very sweet u can skip sugar or reduce the quantity of sugar also.
- Vanilla extract can also be used.
- Quantity if sugar depends on the tanginess of apple.
