Ingredients:
- Maida 3tbsp
- Rice flour 3 tbsp
- Mushrooms 200gm
- Salt to taste
- Pepper 1.5 tbsp
- Water
- Oil
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Onion 1 fully chopped
- Curry leaves few
- Green chilly 2
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Water – 2 tbsp
- Pepper- 1 tbsp
- In a bowl add maida, salt, rice flour and pepper. Mix well
- Add water and form batter consistency.
- Now add the chopped mushrooms and coat them well.
- Heat enough oil to deep fry them mushrooms.
- Drop them coated mushrooms slowly and fry them crisp .
- Transfer to plate and set aside.
- In a pan add oil 2 tbsp.
- Add garlic and fry them for a min.
- Add onions, curry leaves few and green chillies.
- Saute until they are soft
- Add red chilli powder, garam masala, salt. Mix well.
- Add soy sauce and water and cook well.
- Now add he deep fried mushrooms toss them well.
- Add pepper at the end and mix well.
- Serve them hot.
