Ingredients:
- Coconut oil – 1 tbsp + 2 tbsp
- Urad dal – 1 .5tbsp
- Chana dal – 1 tbsp
- Dry Red chillies – 7 to 8 nos
- Tamarind a piece
- Coconut 1 cup
- Mustard seeds -1 tsp
- Urad dal -1 tsp
- Dry red chillies 2
- Curry leaves few.
- In a pan add oil. Once oil is hot add urad dal, chana dal, dry red chillies and tamarind.
- Fry them golden
- Tansfer to blender and add coconut.
- Add salt and grind them to smooth paste.
- In pan add coconut oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, red chillies, curry leaves.
- Add them to the thogayal and mix well.
- Serve with hot rice.
