Ingredients:
- Pasta- 3.5 cups
- Salt to taste
- Veggies of ur choice- 2 cups( used carrot, bell pepper and corn.)
- Onion – 1 cup
- Garlic ginger chopped – 1 tbsp
- Butter – 3 tbsp
- Tomato 1 chopped
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder-1/4 tsp
- Italian Herb to Sprinkle.
- In a pan add water, salt and few drops of oil.
- Allow them to boil. add the pasta and cook for 10mins.
- Drain the water and set aside.
- In another pan add butter, gingergarlic and fry.
- Add onion and cook until soft.
- Add tomato and cook them for 2mins.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder and cumin powder. Mix well.
- Add the veggies and salt. Mix well.
- Close and cook the veggies for 5mins on medium flame by adding 1/4 cup of water.
- Once veggies are cooked add the cooked pasta and mix them well.
- Garnish with herbs and serve hot.
