Veggie Indian Pasta | Indian style Vegetable pasta | Desi Style Pasta |

Indian style pasta is so yummy and delicious. This is super easy and quick pasta than can be made in 20mins. It is good for kids lunch box and best way to sneak veggies. Lets jump to the recipe.

  • Serves: 5 persons.

Ingredients:

  • Pasta- 3.5 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Veggies of ur choice- 2 cups( used carrot, bell pepper and corn.)
  • Onion – 1 cup
  • Garlic ginger chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Butter – 3 tbsp
  • Tomato 1 chopped
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder-1/4 tsp
  • Italian Herb to Sprinkle.
  1. In a pan add water, salt and few drops of oil.
  2. Allow them to boil. add the pasta and cook for 10mins.
  3. Drain the water and set aside.
  4. In another pan add butter, gingergarlic and fry.
  5. Add onion and cook until soft.
  6. Add tomato and cook them for 2mins.
  7. Add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder and cumin powder. Mix well.
  8. Add the veggies and salt. Mix well.
  9. Close and cook the veggies for 5mins on medium flame by adding 1/4 cup of water.
  10. Once veggies are cooked add the cooked pasta and mix them well.
  11. Garnish with herbs and serve hot.
