  • Serves: 3 persons.

Ingredients:

  • Black sesame seeds – 1/4 cup
  • Urad dal – 3 tbsp + 2 tsp
  • Dry Red chillies – 4 + 4
  • Chana dal – 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves-
  • Cooked rice – 2 cups
  • Salt
  • Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 3 tbsp
  1. Dry Roast sesame seeds, urad dal and dry red chillies.
  2. Cool down and grind to smooth powder.
  3. In a pan add oil. Once oil is hot add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal and dry red chillies.
  4. Fry for a min.
  5. Add cooked rice and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add sesame powder and mix well
  7. Serve hot.
