Dosa Waffle | Easy Breakfast |Spicy Vegetable Waffle|Indian Style Waffle|Kids Lunch Box Recipe

Always dosa, idly make kids boring sometime. This is one different recipe which also help get clean lunch box after school. This is an easy breakfast/lunch box recipe for kids. If you have dosa batter, this can be one option too. Perfect way to sneak veggies that kids wont prefer.

  • Serves: 4 pieces.

Ingredients:

  • Dosa batter- 2 cups
  • Grated carrot – 2 tbsp
  • Boiled corn- 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum- 2 tbsp ( any colour)
  • Idly Podi- 1 tsp
  • Cheese- 2 tbsp
  • Ghee – to grease.
  1. In a bowl mix everything except ghee and set aside.
  2. Grease the waffle maker with ghee and spread evenly the batter.
  3. Cook them until golden brown.
  4. Once done remove the waffle and serve hot with any sauce or chutney.

Note: You can add any veggies of your choice. Also you can add onions finely chopped.
