Always dosa, idly make kids boring sometime. This is one different recipe which also help get clean lunch box after school. This is an easy breakfast/lunch box recipe for kids. If you have dosa batter, this can be one option too. Perfect way to sneak veggies that kids wont prefer.

Ingredients:
- Dosa batter- 2 cups
- Grated carrot – 2 tbsp
- Boiled corn- 2 tbsp
- Capsicum- 2 tbsp ( any colour)
- Idly Podi- 1 tsp
- Cheese- 2 tbsp
- Ghee – to grease.
- In a bowl mix everything except ghee and set aside.
- Grease the waffle maker with ghee and spread evenly the batter.
- Cook them until golden brown.
- Once done remove the waffle and serve hot with any sauce or chutney.
Note: You can add any veggies of your choice. Also you can add onions finely chopped.
